Apostle Dr. Tammy is the founder and CEO of Breakthrough to Glory Ministries, established on November 12, 1997, with headquarters in Houston, Texas. The ministry began with the launch of Breakthrough to Glory Radio in Detroit, Michigan, and later expanded into Walking in Victory, a radio ministry that grew to reach audiences in Texas, Georgia, Tennessee, Florida, Massachusetts, and parts of Africa.
A passionate teacher and revivalist, Dr. Tammy travels extensively to equip others to walk in their calling, fulfill their purpose, and step into their destiny. She serves as overseer for ministries in Dallas, Texas; Houston, Texas; Kentucky; and two churches in Pakistan.
Dr. Tammy carries a unique anointing that brings restoration, healing, and deliverance to the Body of Christ. In 2013, she was confirmed as an apostle, and in 2019, she received an Honorary Doctorate in Divinity from Heart Bible Institute University in recognition of her impactful work in the community.
In 2006, she founded the Single Mothers with Purpose mentorship program, designed to support young, unwed mothers. The program was implemented at Peggy’s House (COTS Homeless Shelters) in Detroit, Michigan, and St. Joseph the Worker in Phoenix, Arizona.
Dr. Tammy is the author of Overcoming Strongholds, Purpose Found Me, and Divine Design. In 2023, she was honored with the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award for her outstanding community service and exemplary leadership.
